Compass International Staff undergo a vigorous recruiting and induction process that is based on high end military selection procedures and is aimed at bringing out the best in our staff. This ensures that only those staff deemed competent and capable are allowed to work with our valued customers. Training continues throughout service in Compass to ensure our operators stay sharp, focused and capable of providing the right response at the right time.

Compass have also established a rigorous training plan specifically designed for Locally Employed Nationals in order 
to impart tangible skills related to the international security industry. This training package has been developed
specifically to arm National personnel with the knowledge, techniques and qualifications to operate with confidence 
and skill as security practitioners in the international security arena.

Compass view our Local Nationals Training Program as a vital component in the provision of a robust security 
model. Furthermore, this Training Program is our contribution to nation-building and will provide a legacy of 
well-trained and professional local staff who can confidently take their place in the security community. This is 
arguably one of the more important (though indirect) facets of the Compass operation. We operate professional 
and robust security solutions in Developing Countries which are often suffering under the burden of economic ruin,
poverty and high early mortality rates. So we at Compass never miss the opportunity to impart tangible skills and
